The District will be closed March 13 - 17 for Spring Break.
A Certificate of Insurance must be provided at least 10 days prior to the event, if it is an outside organization wishing to use the field for any type of event where someone may get injured or field may get damaged.
Click on "request facility use" to create and submit an application for the Playfield. Keep in mind, you cannot request a date that is fewer than 20 days away, and requests are currently not being accepted for dates after 12/31/2025.
2. Wait for approval.
Please be patient while El Paso staffers review the details of your application. They will contact you if they have any questions.
3. Review and accept the terms.
If your facility use is approved, you will be notified and asked to review a formal facility use agreement, complete with all pricing and terms. Once you accept the terms of the agreement, your facility use is confirmed and you are set for your event.
