Depending on the type of event you may be required to have the floor covered, such as for awards ceremonies that will require setting up of tables/chairs. Please prepare in advance to request mats from the Warehouse if the campus does not have its own. Open /gyms will only have A/C during the hours of 7 a.m. to 12 p.m. Monday-Friday. In the evening from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. only Monday-Thursday.
